Shipping policy

Delivery area
We deliver orders placed on stayprime.co to addresses in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery options
Standard delivery is free. Once Amazon accepts the order for fulfilment, its usual delivery target is 2–3 calendar days.
Speedy delivery costs £2.99. Once Amazon accepts the order for fulfilment, its usual expedited delivery target is 1 calendar day.

We aim to dispatch orders by the next business day. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders placed outside normal processing times, delivery to remote areas and disruptions may take longer.

Fulfilment and tracking
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment picks, packs and delivers orders on our behalf. StayPrime remains your seller and point of contact. Tracking information will be available through your shipping notification or order status page when supplied.

Delivery problems
If your order is late, missing or damaged, email hello@stayprime.co with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. If you paid for Speedy delivery but the order is fulfilled using the Standard service, we will refund the £2.99 delivery charge.

For returns, see our refund policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
