Great quality product, variety of awesome benefits
I have given these supplements a good months test in place of some other similar product I would usually use and I have to say they are great for me. Of course not everyone is the same and may not have the same responses but I've found my overall energy during workouts is boosted noticeably. And I'm still rapidly improving overall muscle mass. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good quality and simple supplement for boosting energy levels, testosterone production and muscle recovery.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The tablets are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans, especially as it contains D3 which is often vegetarian but not vegan. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your energy health.

Great value for money
I got these for my son he says that they are a great product of high quality. They come in a sealed foil pouch, you get 60 tablets in the pack that will last you 1 or 2 months depending on the dosage you take, 1 or 2 tablets a day. The tablets are quite large but he said that they were easy to swallow, and they have no odour and leave no aftertaste in the mouth. he has been taking 1 a day for a while and has not felt as tired during the day. Great value for money and I would highly recommend them.

I have used ZMA products in the past from brands like MyProtein and such and these are certainly up there in terms of quality and actually work for their purpose. These are manufactured in the UK which gives me that piece of mind that they haven't been contaminated in any way, the ingredients list is also transparent and simple which only helps more. I have been taking these in the morning and at night before bed and I have been having noticeably better nights and better days with more energy so these certainly feel like these are working as intended.

Easy to swallow, no bad taste or scent
These come as clear, powder-filled capsules. So, you can't taste or smell the contents and they're a standard size you're probably used to. The resealable package works as expected and I much prefer the pouches to all the wasted plastic in the big bottles.

A great product that contains good stuff such as Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D & B6 and more. Got these for my partner to trial as he goes to the gym a lot. Great quality ZMA supplements
I've been taking these for a few days, and they are good! I generally know if ZMA works for me if I find it easier to sleep and get better quality sleep, which I do on ZMAN. It's honestly one of the best ZMA supplements I've used to date. The ratios on these are good, and they are easy to swallow. They come in an eco-pouch rather than a tub or jar. You're either going to get 30 days of 2 tablets a day, or 60 days from 1 a day - your choice! I'd say the price is good if you are taking one a day (about 32p a day), but a bit steep if you're taking 2 (about 63p a day). I recommend them!

I've been taking two of these at night prior to bed and feel that my sleep is deeper and I'm waking up feeling well rested. The capsules are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Currently priced at £18.99 for 60 capsules if you're going to take two a day these will last a month which makes them slightly expensive. At the lesser dosage you'll get two months supply which is more reasonable.

It seems to be a good supplement for men
This supplement seems to be a good product, my husband is taking one capsule and day and certainly has more energy and feeling better for the past 2 weeks. The capsules aren't small but smooth and easy to swallow, they could last about 2 months, taking them once a day. So far, no side effects and instead quite a favourable one.

Good overall supplement
This product is fantastic! The 60 tablets come in a sealed pouch, and depending on how many you take daily (1 or 2), it lasts a month or two. They're pretty big, but surprisingly easy to swallow with no weird smell or aftertaste. I'd suggest having them with food to avoid any indigestion. I've been taking two daily, and as long as I take them with food, I don’t get indigestion but I haven’t really noticed much of a difference otherwise. The tablets have all the nutrients I need, so I can ditch some other supplements which is nice. Plus, they're totally tasteless and odourless – a win in my book!
