We know our customers don’t want to wait for the products they have paid for, so we make sure that all orders are sent by the next working day.  

Our orders are delivered by Royal Mail, who quote delivery times to be within 2-3 days from the time they are sent. Allowing for any possible delays, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. 

We only ship to customers in the United Kingdom. Orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will not be fulfilled. 

If you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us ([email protected]). We are proud of the quality and safety of our products, and will go the extra mile to help with any problems you may have.

For us to help with any returns and refunds, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We offer a hassle-free return process for customers who receive products of lower quality than described. Returns are accepted for defective items, and we cover the cost of returns. We will refund you or replace your defunctive item, depending on what you prefer.

Given our commitment to the highest standard of quality and rigorous testing, non-defective consumable products are not eligible for returns or refund.

Once you make a purchase, your order will be packaged and prepared for delivery. 

All orders will be sent by the next working day at the latest.
